Verify Accreditation

While our 506c offerings are available only to accredited investors, those wishing to invest are required to verify accreditation. If you’re ready to join us, you have two options:

OPTION 1

Your trusted financial or investment advisor, attorney or CPA may provide us with written verification that you meet accreditation requirements on the date you request. A form letter may be conveniently downloaded.

OPTION 2

Verify Now

You can set up a new account with our independent verification partner Parallel Markets through their secure encrypted portal where you will create a Parallel Passport. This simple process takes just a few minutes once you have gathered the requested documents to verify income. Once your Parallel Passport is issued, your verification for follow on investments will be valid for five years.
