In 1962, my family planted roots in Yakima, WA. My father brought us here with a vision—to cultivate 40 acres of cherry orchards on Ahtanum Ridge. Growing up, my brothers and I learned the value of hard work under the guidance of those orchard trees. We spent our days earning an honest living and embracing the spirit of this incredible community.
In 1991, I carried those lessons forward when I founded Wilkinson Multifamily Investing. Built on the same principles of integrity, perseverance, and community focus, our company has grown into a trusted name in real estate investing. I’m proud to say that every investor in our multifamily funds has experienced not only the return of their capital but also strong earnings on every full-cycle multifamily fund.
My connection to Yakima runs deep. This community shaped who I am, and it’s a privilege to reinvest in its success through our work and partnerships with local organizations like Young Life, Rotary International, and Children’s Village.
